Upon being checked and measured by the National Grease Lubricant Text Center, results show that the index of various technical quality indicators meets and even exceeds 991 and 992 grease lubricant from SUNOCO (formerly known as Sun Oil Company of America). This product has replaced American grease in Shanxi Taigang Stainless Steel Co. Ltd, and has applications in continuous casting equipment. The main performance characteristics follow:
(1) High temperature resistance:the dropping point temperature is higher than 280 ℃, sufficient for a conticaster billet conveyor.
(2) Compression : Timken OK Load is greater than 177N.
(3) Superior water resistance: the amount lost through drenching by heavy water is less than other domestic industrial greases of the same kind, and it is sufficient for heavy water drenched mining conditions.
(4) Low viscosity: (Number 2 grease,-10 ℃,10 s-1, ≤ 500 Pa ? s) This grease shows good viscosity temperature characteristics and low temperature fluidity with consequent fine pumpability.
